Andrew Jordan Selected as STA Student of the Year

Congratulations to St. Thomas Aquinas senior Andrew Jordan, who has been selected as the 2013-2014 Student of the Year. Andrew is a member of the cross country and track & field teams. He is also a member of Student Council, National Honor Society, Key Club, Beta Club, Campus Ministry, Retreat Team, and STA Ambassadors.  Andrew is a member of the Boy Scouts of America and of Venture Crew 703 at St. Albert's, as well as a past member of the Holy Ghost Parish Leadership 22 Youth Team.  Andrew is a 4.0 Honor student at STA.  He has been chosen by the LHSAA as an Academic All-State Composite student and was selected as a WWL-TV A+ Athlete.  He is also a member of STA's ACT 30+ Club.


 

Andrew plans to attend Louisiana State University to major in Engineering. He is the son of Michael and Shannon Jordan of Hammond and a graduate of Holy Ghost Catholic School.
