Class of 2014 Receives Rings

The juniors at STA officially became the "Senior Class of 2014" when they received their senior class rings on May 15th during a Mass at St. Albert's.  STA Chaplain Fr. Randy Cuevas officiated. Both Fr. Randy and and STA Principal Mr. Jose Becerra challenged the new seniors to set the bar for the rest of the school in their actions and in their words. "Goodness, kindness, and selflessness have ripple effects in a school," said Becerra.  "They spread in multiple directions, across grade levels, in the classrooms, on ball teams, in the hallways. So I challenge you, the Class of 2014, to accept now the responsibility of building a culture that is supportive of your classmates and the mission of STA. Commit yourselves to the proposition that STA will be a better school because of you, because of what you want STA to become, and your willingness to lead the student body toward this aim."
