STA supports breast cancer awareness

It's PINK OUT time at STA.

STA is proud to once again support Breast Cancer Awareness.  On Monday, the students participated in a volleyball game during lunch to determine who gets to play the faculty during the annual faculty-student match.  The team of seniors/sophomores narrowly defeated the juniors/freshmen, and will challenge the faculty during a match at 2:15 on Wednesday.  Additionally, Wednesday is the annual Pink-Out day.  In return for their donation, students will be decked out in pink attire and accessories.  At 4:00 p.m., the Lady Falcons will play PHS in the annual Pink Out game in the STA gym.

A new feature this year are the STA Pink Out decals, which can be purchased for $1 in honor of or in memory of a loved one. These decals are then posted on the wall in the gym as a reminder that this fight against breast cancer is a personal one for many of us.
