STA Students Thanked for Extra Service Hours in 15-16

At the first Mass of the 2016-17 school year, several Saint Thomas Aquinas students were commended for performing above and beyond the required number of service hours in the 2015-16 school year.  They are (30-39 hours) Jena Alfonso, David Anthon, Jacob Anthon, Mallory Baker, Abby Bates, Darian Bosch, Kathleen Borne, Chavontez Coleman, Lauren Davis, Dylan Dawson, Carly Drude, Glen Ferrill, Nicole Francois, Ethan Jackson, Claire Krousel, Kristina Lacoste, Shea Monteleone, Victoria Perrin, Hunter Sandage, Jordan Strahan, Shelby Todd, Maddie Turgeau, Jade Vappie, Sevella Washington, Loch Werling, and Madison Wild; (40-49 hours) Laura Anthon, Kyler Gagliano, Larilyn Gay, Patrick Levy, and Dane Schmitt; (60-69 hours) Dawson Gildig, Julia Rossano, and Rachael White; (70-79 hours) Brooke LaBorde; and (92 hours) Daniel Fox.  “Serving the community is a vital part of the St. Thomas Aquinas experience,” said Campus Minister Grace Gambel. “We have students who have already done more hours this month than all of last year so we are quite pleased with the lessons they have learned about service.”
